Project Description:
SE Health’s current process for scheduling front line staff (namely nursing and PSWs) are manual and inefficient, resulting in under-utilization of existing staff, staff shortages, high operational costs and a poor staff experience.
SE Health has partnered with BookJane to use their scheduling solution to automate and enhance our current scheduling processes, improve efficiency and increase staff utilization. The objectives of the pilot program are to:
- Improve scheduling efficiency
- Reduce staff turnover
- Increase staff utilization
- Reduce reliance in staffing agencies
