The CAN Health Network is a Canada-first approach to technology adoption, breaking down barriers to scaling health tech in the Canadian healthcare system. We have partnered with Alayacare and Swift Medical to introduce remote tools into the home and evaluate their performance of meeting the needs of home care staff, families and patients.
