Project Description:

This is an internal, organizational-wide culture change effort to rewire the mindsets, processes and activities of every direct care staff, and their indirect back office support staff such that they are obsessed about creating an amazing, safe, loving experience for two of our highest priority “customers”: our clients (and their families) and our direct care professionals. For clients & families, the goal is to maximize our impact on their hope and happiness while making us the first (and only choice) for the services they need. For our direct care staff, our goal is to maximize their joy, pride, satisfaction and commitment with SE Health such that we are the first choice for anyone who wants to work in our sector, and such that they want to stay working with us for as long as possible.
