Working in partnership with service design agency Bridgeable – explore the “how might we” enhance the PSW client experience of older adults. The project focuses on the experience at key ‘anchor points’ in the PSW client journey, specifically around onboarding new clients, the scheduling experience, and helping staff and clients get to know each other.
